擁有三十年豐富殯儀經驗，為紐約華人提供最高水準的專業服務：從禮堂布置到花圈花牌的陳設她都全力參與，尤其注重先人化妝方面，無論男性還是女性都會嚴格要求做到盡善盡美。這種服務精神深深影响到全體工作人員，使大家從中領會到她的要求，合力完成每一個家庭的需要，令「逝者安息，家人安心」，因此經常收到許多家屬的回謝函。她更有鑒於社區中家境貧寒及需要援助者眾多，於1997年11月8日同各界社區善心人士一同創辦華人善終基金會，為各界需要幫助的人士提供具體詳細的方案。善終會成立後，在社區形成了一股幫助貧困家庭及無依老人的良好風氣。近年來亦致力推廣「生前契約」，真正做到讓生活在紐約的華人得到最完善的相關服務。

 

Mrs. Amy Mak Chan has more than thirty years of experiences in funeral service. She operates with excellence through her commitment in providing quality service from chapel decoration to flower arrangements. Especially in cosmetology and facial restoration as men and women are totally not alike. Her strictly high standards and attention to details continue to inspire those around her to provide close caring, personalized service that is tailored to each family’s need and request. Due to this, Mrs. Chan has received a lot of thank you letters from those families.

 

On November 8th, 1997, together with the community support, Mrs. Chan established the Celestial Love Foundation. The not-for-profit organization works to extend a helping hand to those people who don’t have any direct family members here to satisfactory finish their last part of journey in this world. In recent years, she has implemented and been advocating the Preplan program which helps people to pre-arrange their own satisfactory and well-prepared funeral service.

麥沛榮 (Wilson Mak) 經理兼殯儀執照師 (Manager/Funeral Director)

60年代在香港出生長大，1978年前往加拿大就讀高中，其後赴美國紐約聖約翰大學進修並於1984年畢業。身受其姐陳麥潔明的感染和鼓勵，大學畢業後麥沛榮毅然報讀 American Academy Allister Institute of Funeral Service 的兩年殯儀專業課程，考取了紐約州政府認可的殯儀執照。不僅具備此領域專業知識，更有三十多年的服務經驗，可為大家提供專業可靠的服務。麥沛榮亦擁有其姐陳麥潔明的慈善心腸，積極參加華人善終基金會慈善活動，現為該會董事之一。

 

Mr. Mak was born and raised in Hong Kong in the sixties. He moved to Canada to study high school in 1978 and proceed to further his education in New York St. John University earning a B.S. degree in 1984.

 

Under the influence of his sister, Amy Mak Chan, Mr. Mak recognized the need of a professional to serve the community in the funeral service. He then applied and was admitted into the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service. He graduated and passed the national broad exam to obtain a professional license to practice as a funeral director. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Mak has always attended his service with patience, compassion and exceptional care. He is also an active member working on the charitable activities of the Celestial Love Foundation, Inc. and serve as a Board member.

陳穎敏小姐畢業於波士頓的Bentley College，主修 Corporate Finance and Accounting。畢業後有感殮葬服務在華人社區愈發重要的情形，繼而報讀 The American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service，如今身為五福殯儀集團持牌經理兼殯儀化妝師，是華人殮葬行業中少見的女化妝師。自小的耳濡目染，使她逐漸認識到殯儀業是社區中不可或缺的服務業，從而決心全力投身此項有意義的職業。在跟隨其母親陳麥潔明參於各項慈善活動的過程中，她更明白「施比受更有福」的道理，積極參加華人善終基金會慈善活動，現為該會董事及英文秘書。

 

Ms. Chan graduated from Bentley University in Boston with a degree majoring in Corporate Finance and Accounting. After graduated, she felt there is an importance of funeral services in the community. So she decided to attend the Funeral Directing course in the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and now she is a Licensed Funeral Director in Ng Fook Funeral Group. She is one of the few females in this profession.

 

Ms. Chan was raised in an environment of a family business and she fully understands that funeral service is an indispensable part of a society. She is determined to make herself a professional to serve for this compassionate industry. Ms. Chan has been a loyal and dedicated part of the philanthropic activities sponsored and supported by her mother, Amy Mak Chan. From the experience of such direct involvement, Ms. Chan understands more about the Golden Sayings of “Giving is More Blessing than Taking”. She is an active member working on the charitable activities of the Celestial Love Foundation, Inc. and she currently serves as a Board member and as the English Secretary.

Hung Ki Pak 殯儀執照師 (Funeral Director)

1980年畢業於韓國Sung Kyun Kwan大學法律系，並在1982年於Seoul National大學拿下公共管理課程的研究生學位。他與家人在80年代移民來美，1990年畢業於紐約市American Academy McAllister Institute，考取了紐約州認可的殯儀執照，擁有二十多年的殯儀服務經驗。他每日都提點自己要用心與專業精神去處理每一個殯葬事頂，為先人化妝方面自我要求非常之高，其精湛的技術受到很多先人親屬的讚許。

 

Mr. Pak graduated from Sung Kyun Kwan University in Korea with a Law degree in 1980 and earned his graduated school at Seoul National University major in Public Administration. In the mid 80’s, Mr. Pak immigrated to the United States with his family and obtained a Funeral Director License in 1990 after graduated from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service. With nearly 19 years of experience, Mr. Pak always reminded himself to attend every service with compassion and professionalism. Besides, his make-up skills are well renowned in the industry and received many compliments from the deceased families.

Aniana Perallon 殯儀執照師 (Funeral Director)

Aniana 畢業于亨特學院的英語專業，輔修心理學。畢業同年，她也從美國 McAllister 學院殯儀專科完成學業。取得各類學位的同時，她還在伯克利學院學習會計和市場，並且擁有公證員資格。以其事無巨細的工作態度，結合她對藝術的敏銳感覺，Perallon小姐擅長修復美容的工作，特別是面部修復, 而且考取了先進遺體重建手術的証書。

 

Aniana earned a B.A in English with a minor in Psychology from Hunter College. Later that same year, she graduated from American Academy McAllister Institute earning a A.O.S in Mortuary Science. Among the yearly seminars she attends, she is most proud of attending the world renowed Fountain National Academy of Professional Embalming Skills, and is now certified in Advanced Post Mortem Reconstructive Surgery. With an artistic ability and a keen eye for detail, Ms. Perallon specializes in restorative cosmetology; particularly feature reconstruction. In addition to her academic degrees, she also studied accounting and marketing at Berkeley College, and is a certified notary public.

Jonathan大學時修讀商業管理及市場學。畢業後，他從美國McAllister學院完成殯儀專科課程，考取了紐約州政府認可的殯儀執照。他结合了最新技術來處理遺體，務求做到盡善盡美。他亦活躍於亞裔社團中並創辦聯興舞獅團。

 

Jonathan Ng obtained a degree in Business Management and Marketing and went to continue his studies at American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service. As a recent graduate with an A.O.S. in Mortuary Science, Jonathan is familiar with the newest techniques and services available to families in need. Jonathan continues to hold a prominent position in the Chinese-American community as one of the founding members of the Luen Hing Lion Dance team.
